The Village of Allouez is seeking applicants for a full-time salaried Finance Director responsible for maintenance of the municipal accounting system and the procedures governing receipt and expenditure of municipal funds. Plans, organizes, controls, directs and evaluates the work of staff involved with various fiscal activities including payroll / accounts payable and utility bookkeeping functions. Applicants are required to have; a Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration or related field, five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in administrating financial operations preferably in a public sector position and three to five years of supervisory experience. CPA preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Competitive wage plus benefit package.
