NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Allouez Village Board on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 6:30 P.M., at the Allouez Village Hall, 1900 Libal Street on the following:
ZONING ORDINANCE 2017-07
An ordinance re-zoning certain property located at 1649 and 1677 S. Webster Avenue, also known as Parcels AL-44, AL-44-1 and AL-45, from “Village Owned” to “Commercial”.
The Village Board of the Village of Allouez does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 475, Schedule J (Village Owned Properties) and Schedule E (Commercial District) of the Village Code of Ordinances, together with the zoning map referred to therein, are hereby amended by re-zoning the following described properties from “Village Owned” to “Commercial” – PRT PC 12E COM INSECTN S LINE & E LINE S WEBSTER AVE N26*16’30″E 181.47 FT TO BEG CONT N 26*16’30″E 168.53 FT S64*E 250 FT S26*16’30″W 167.88 FT N 64*9’W 250 FT TO BEG.;
N 121.47 FT OF S 181.47 FT OF W 250 FT E OF WEBSTER AVE OF PC 12E;
& S 60′ OF W 250′ E OF WEBSTER OF PC 12E
The owner of record for the above described parcel is the Village of Allouez, 1900 Libal Street, Green Bay, WI 54301.
Section 2. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall not take effect until a public hearing is held hereon, and until the ordinance is adopted and published.
