A petition has been received from Clarence Edwards, 1975 Ridgeway Drive, De Pere, WI 54115 requesting a Conditional Use to allow a residential use and cafe on a property zoned Commercial District. Property is located at 1253 S Irwin Avenue, Parcel Number AL-920, and legally described as: FARM GARDEN CO’S PLAT S 100 FT OF LOT 10.

This request will be the subject of a Plan Commission meeting to be held on MONDAY, JUNE 25, 2018 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE ALLOUEZ VILLAGE HALL, 1900 LIBAL STREET.

The Plan Commission is advisory to the Village Board; therefore the meeting to review the above petition on June 25th is not a hearing. If the Village Board should decide that a hearing should be held, you will receive a formal notice from me at a later date, notifying you of the hearing date and time.

Property is located at 3241- 3245 Riverside Drive, Parcel Number AL-125-7 and AL-125-8, and legally described as: LOT 1 OF 44 CSM 63 BNG PRT OF PC 23 ESFR EX PRT DESC IN 2750020 and LOT 2 OF 44 CSM 63 BNG PRT OF PC 23 ESFR.
