Fire Permit Application
A permit is required for using a fire pit within the Village of Allouez. There is no cost for this permit.

Alarm User Permit Application
Residents & businesses installing private security alarm systems are required to obtain a permit from the Clerk-Treasurer's office at the Allouez Village Hall or download application. There is no charge for the first false alarm call, if a permit is on file. If a permit is not on file, there is a $25.00 charge for the first alarm call and a permit application is mailed with the invoice.

The charge for a second false alarm is $25.00; third false alarm $50.00; each subsequent false alarm is $75.00. The permit is for your protection and safety. These charges are per calendar year.

If you have already installed an alarm system, you are still required to obtain a permit.

BICYCLE LICENSES
It is unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle on any street, highway, public way or public property within Allouez unless the bicycle is properly registered and has displayed on it a valid and current tag of registration.

Bike licenses can be purchased at the Allouez Village Hall. There is a one-time permanent license fee of $5.00. A description of the bicycle (make, model, color and serial number) must be supplied when you purchase a license.

If ownership of the bicycle is transferred, the new owner must apply for a transfer of registration within 7 days of the transfer. There is a $3.00 transfer fee.


DOG / CAT LICENSES
Pets are required to be licensed yearly (January - December) when they become 6 months of age. You are allowed two (2) dogs or two (2) cats per residence or one (1) of each for a total of two (2) pets.

Documentation is required showing current rabies shot information and if your pet is neutered or spayed.

License cost: Neutered or Spayed $5.00
Unneutered or Unspayed $10.00

Additional $5.00 late fee if purchased after April 1st.
