It is the goal of the Assessor to maintain equity and fairness in the assessed values. Please keep in mind if you request a review of your assessment due to a recent purchase or possibly a bank appraisal that the review will take into consideration the assessed value of similar properties and may not result in a lower assessment.

The Assessor duties for the Village of Allouez are shared by Joe & Mike Denor. Joe & Mike are contracted to serve the duties of Assessor. They work under the business name of Fair Market Assessments. The assessment files are kept at their office at 2555 Continental Court, which is just off Main Street across from The Home Depot, on the east side of Green Bay.

Review of all assessed values to occur in 2013
 

Due to the decline in property values, a review of all assessed values in the Village of Allouez will be completed for 2013. The Village Board has contracted with our assessors, Joe & Mike Denor, to complete the project. They will be using the existing data on file. A value that better reflects the current market will be established.

All property owners will receive a notice of the new assessed value in late August. The assessed values will be effective January 1, 2013. The 2013 Board of Review will be approximately 2 weeks after notices are received. Please check in June as the date of the Board of Review will be set and posted on this page.
