The Village Administrator is an appointed position by the Village Board, which serves as the chief executive officer and coordinates the daily operations for the Village of Allouez. The Village Board appointed Brad Lange as the administrator in August 2014.

Mr. Lange works with the Village Board and staff to ensure the smooth implementation of legislative policies throughout our community. He also acts in conjunction with staff to properly manage the Village’s financial affairs. Mr. Lange maintains cooperation and communication between the Village of Allouez and surrounding communities, government bodies, and non-government partners. He is responsible for working with developers and citizens to create developments which promote a healthy and diversified community and are in accordance with the purpose, spirit, and intent of the Village Comprehensive Plan. The Village Administrator also fills any other responsibilities within the powers of the position as delegated by Village Ordinances, Wisconsin State Law, and by the directives of the Village Board.
