Public Hearing to consider Rezoning Request for 212 Iroquois Ave

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Allouez Village Board on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 6:30 P.M., at the Allouez Village Hall, 1900 Libal Street on the following:

ZONING ORDINANCE 2019-08

An ordinance re-zoning certain property located at 212 Iroquois Avenue, also known as Parcel AL-1129, from “A” Residential District to “B” Residential District.

The Village Board of the Village of Allouez does ordain as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 475, Schedule A of the Village Code of Ordinances, together with the zoning map referred to therein, is hereby amended by re-zoning the following described property from “A” Residential District to “B” Residential District –

GREENE & VROMAN’S SUBD. 4 LOT 5 EX 1125 R 93

The owner of record for the above described parcel is St Paul Elder Services Inc, 316 E 14th St., Kaukauna, WI 54130.

Section 2. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall not take effect until a public hearing is held hereon, and until the ordinance is adopted and published.
